Design help that considers the whole house. Our in-house designers plan how flooring flows room to room — where transitions land, how tones read against your cabinets and wall color, which rooms need a waterproof surface and which don’t. That is the difference between a house that reads as one home and a house that reads as five separate flooring jobs.
Subfloor work done properly. Most flooring failures are subfloor failures. Uneven substrate, trapped moisture, skipped acclimation. We assess and correct the subfloor before a single plank goes down, because the surface can only be as flat and as stable as what sits underneath it.
Fixed-price proposals. You get an itemized, fixed-price quote before we start. Not a per-square-foot teaser that grows once the old flooring comes up.
Showroom samples in your own light. Flooring looks different under showroom lighting than it does in your living room at 4pm. We send samples home with you.
